Job Summary
Utilize professional electrophysiology knowledge and skills to provide surgical support to operators, ensuring safe and smooth surgical procedures.
Keep abreast of industry and company development trends, actively learn and master new concepts, technologies, and product advantages within the industry, and formulate targeted, decomposable promotion and communication plans.
Undertake teaching and training work within the team, and progress together with the team, effectively improving the knowledge and surgical support capabilities of new/junior colleagues through theoretical lectures, simulator exercises, intraoperative catheterization room training, and case reviews.
