Key Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience in P2P or Finance Operations
  • Significant senior leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end P2P processes
  • Proven track record of leading large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and change management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
