Must-have
Proven leadership experience in BESS or energy storage
Deep technical understanding of battery storage systems
Hands-on experience with BESS performance monitoring
Solid understanding of energy markets and ancillary services
Track record of managing complex O&M contracts
Experience operating across multiple EMEA regulatory environments
Nice-to-have
Fluent English with additional European language skills
Structured data-driven mindset
Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen for asset value translation
Key Requirements
Leadership experience running a BESS team
Technical expertise in BMS, PCS, SCADA, and grid integration
Experience with degradation modelling and state-of-health analysis
