LATAM payroll and tax knowledge
Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday or ADP
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills

Payroll Org certification CPP or FPC
Experience with general ledger journal entries
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years of direct Payroll experience
CPP or FPC certification preferred
