Physician providers have the unique opportunity of working at a community hospital in Southeastern Massachusetts as part of Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) affiliated with Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc.
This position provides flexibility for physicians at various phases of their careers, accommodates changing interests and allows the ability to work both in the ED and ICU at one clinical site.

Base: $420,000 - $462,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentives may include bonuses for productivity and quality; Benefits: Comprehensive and generous employee benefits program including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions
