The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their care plans and supervisor directions.
The role includes assisting residents with personal care, transporting residents within the facility, and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to report any changes or incidents promptly.
