  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership, HRBPs, and the Finance organization on compensation reviews, bonus planning, and offer development.
  • The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hands-on culture.

Base: $130k - $155k; Bonus/Equity: eligible for discretionary annual bonus; Benefits: competitive benefits package
