Key Requirements
Minimum of seven (7+) years of management experience
Proven experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Science sectors
BA/BS in Engineering, Facility Management, Business, or related discipline
Advanced proficiency in office software
Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in change management
