Job Summary

• This position will lead the development and implementation of the Operations Management System (OMS) for Phosphate Operations, responsible for creating and implementing an OMS program that will include change management and a sustainability plan.
• The role will work with operations to create a sustainable OMS program that includes processes, standards and metrics integrated into the site's culture, driving performance improvements and sustainability excellence through operational risk assessments and effective mitigation controls.
