Key Requirements

  • Doctorate Pharmacy Degree (PharMD) Required
  • Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) Required
  • 1+ years pharmaceutical experience Preferred
  • 5+ years hospital/integrated system experience Preferred
  • PGY-1 resident or equivalent experience Preferred
  • PGY2 Specialty Residency or Fellowship Preferred
