Cleveland Clinic is seeking a New Grad RN Resident to join the H62/H63 Neuro Stepdown Unit providing top-quality care to diverse neurological populations.
The role involves caring for patients with ischemic strokes, hemorrhagic strokes, brain tumors, and spinal injuries while participating in a specialized residency program.
Caregivers will work rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and may float to med/surg units after six months.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Direct patient care for neurological conditions
Intracranial pressure monitoring procedures
Seizure monitoring and lumbar punctures
Rotating day and night shift schedule
Participation in residency core curriculum
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-acuity brain tumor patients
Ability to float to med/surg units
Collaboration with success coaches
Adaptability to new state-of-the-art facility
Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
New grad or less than one year RN experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) if in critical care
