Job Summary

• The house engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the installations at the hotel, including immediate guest room deficiencies, as well as participating in a preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment.
• Become familiar with and understand all the systems associated with the hotel operations and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
