Act as the liaison between Merchant Consultant and Operations to service the maintenance needs of existing and prospective customers with a primary focus on Business Banking and basic setups.
Prepare Merchant Work Orders using the current platform systems in place and Technical Assistance Requests.
Ability to work with a high level of independence, under general supervision.
