Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Preventive maintenance on building systems
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Use of computerized maintenance management systems
Compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Coordination with contractors and vendors
Emergency response and on-call rotation

Experience with commercial office environments

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling
Basic electrical and plumbing licenses as required
