Job Summary

  • Manage and supervise a team of Assembly and Test Technicians, assigning tasks to achieve operational targets and service standards.
  • Function as an EHS liaison, reporting incidents, coordinating emergency responses, and receiving First Aid/CPR training.
  • Identify, initiate, and lead process improvements and Lean activities to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency, while providing leadership and coaching.
