Job Summary
Play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
Perform day-to-day data integrity audits and corrections in Workday, load compensation data, run routine reports, and validate org structures and job profiles.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field
3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis
Experience with compensation data management system Workday required
Experience working with global compensation structures
Experience working with compensation survey tools
Experience working with rewards and recognition platforms
Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance
