Job Summary

  • Play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
  • Perform day-to-day data integrity audits and corrections in Workday, load compensation data, run routine reports, and validate org structures and job profiles.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with global compensation structures
  • Experience working with compensation survey tools
  • Experience working with rewards and recognition platforms
  • Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance
