This role will have frontline communications with established intake sites, requiring quick and accurate ascertainment of all available information associated with complaints.
Responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating, investigating, and closing complaints, escalating potential reportable events, and performing customer data analysis to identify product and market related trends.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or equivalent technical discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
