Coordinate new construction projects (equipment, premises, utilities) from design to qualification report, respecting internal client needs, quality, safety, cost, and deadlines.
Establish customer needs (APS & APD) and specifications, consult suppliers, define technical solutions, and analyze their adequacy.
Define investment files, establish risk analyses, execute qualification protocols, and ensure regulatory certifications are obtained.
