  • Key responsibilities include reviewing and recommending updates to construction products and standards, obtaining and evaluating competitive bids, reviewing and approving contracts and purchase orders, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5 years Architecture, commercial construction experience
  • Previous team management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Familiarity with CAD, BIM, or design tools
  • Familiarity with critical path project schedule methodology
  • General knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles
  • Comprehensive communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable DMV record
