You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care planning, and budget planning functions to support resident care.

Key Requirements

Current active RN license in state
