Job Summary
This is a Test Engineering position in the Secure Connected Edge NPU business line responsible for developing ATE test solutions for SCE NPI products.
You will be responsible for developing and sustaining ATE test solutions for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers, from product concept to launch, and validating 1st silicon.
It is expected that in this position, you would be engaged in a high focus project team, working on new products in the latest process technology node.
