Job Summary
Registered Nurses are responsible for the provision of high quality care services for the THCC Family Health, Executive, Occupational and Travel Health Programs.
Within our Family Health program, you will be responsible for the assessment or care needs upon intake, triaging acute concerns, navigating appropriate services, disease prevention and health promotion as well as chronic and complex disease care and management.
As part of the team you’ll be responsible for the provision of family health nursing care to the population of clients seen in the family practice service and requires a thorough knowledge of primary care nursing within the scope of the British Columbia College or Nurses and Midwives (BCCCM).
