Must-have

  • Active Secret Security Clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years engineering experience
  • Chair Material Review Board (MRB) and Failure Review Board (FRB)
  • Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Supplier Quality and Hardware Quality auditing
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or Lean process improvement certification
  • Experience developing Basis of Estimates for proposals
  • Factory systems proficiency like PRISM, SAP, Windchill
  • First Article Inspection per AS9102 experience
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential
  • Formal ISO9001/AS9100 lead auditor training
  • J-Std-001/IPC-A-610 certification

  • Active transferable DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • Minimum 5 years engineering experience
  • ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 auditing experience
  • MRB/FRB working experience
  • RCCA and quality methodology application
