Job Summary

  • The Project Manager is responsible for managing design and construction projects ranging from small tenant renovations to major infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage assigned projects from inception through completion to include scope development, procurement/oversight of design and construction services, permitting, coordination with vendors and tenants, and project closeout.
  • Implement an effective QA/QC program to ensure that all work is performed in a safe, professional manner, in accordance with contract requirements and best practices for mission critical facilities.
