Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing design and construction projects ranging from small tenant renovations to major infrastructure upgrades.
Manage assigned projects from inception through completion to include scope development, procurement/oversight of design and construction services, permitting, coordination with vendors and tenants, and project closeout.
Implement an effective QA/QC program to ensure that all work is performed in a safe, professional manner, in accordance with contract requirements and best practices for mission critical facilities.
