Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical design of harness and interconnect devices
  • Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance
  • Onsite work in Tucson, AZ
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software
  • Experience with electrical system documentation software
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with complex systems engineering
  • Knowledge of EMI/RFI shielding and crosstalk

  • Ability to problem-solve tight space constraints

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years engineering experience
  • STEM degree or advanced degree with experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain interim DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience designing/modifying harness and interconnect devices
