Responsible for technological leadership in a key technology within the unit (welding, stamping, hot forming, etc.), acting as a technical reference and ensuring the correct application of associated standards.
Ensures products are manufactured on time, with good quality, and meeting or exceeding customer and company standards, while also guaranteeing compliance with specifications, service levels, and reliable deliveries.
Drives improvement initiatives through the application of BOS principles and best practices, and facilitates team meetings, safety talks, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
