Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to ensure their comfort, safety, and dignity while adhering to all facility policies regarding exposure to blood and body fluids.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety policies

Key Requirements
