Job Summary

  • This role is centred on enhancing the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of our People Operations environment through system changes, process optimisation, and well-governed ways of working.
  • Working closely with HR, Technology, and Data teams, you’ll lead system changes, process redesign, and operational improvement projects that strengthen our employee services and ensure our People Operations function runs smoothly and efficiently.
