Workday is seeking a Senior Accounting & ESG Reporting Manager to oversee ESG reporting and provide technical accounting guidance. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in ESG accounting, US GAAP, and strong communication skills in a collaborative environment

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $152,200 USD - $228,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $128,600 USD - $228,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Direct experience with ESG accounting
  • Proficient in US GAAP Accounting
  • CPA license strongly preferred
