Job Summary

  • Our team Advanced Design Tools works with engineering teams from GE Aerospace engineering disciplines to unlock productivity by developing and maintaining software solutions mainly for Performance, Preliminary Design, Fluid Systems and Stress & Life.
  • In this role, you will work closely with the local Program Manager and quality team to help structure and execute projects, standardize processes, and strengthen our value stream to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • You will help apply lean principles and FLIGHT DECK fundamentals in a software engineering environment and implement and improve project management, quality, and continuous improvement processes across the software development life cycle.
