The HR Generalist provides support to the organization to enable development, engagement, and support for the assigned businesses as well as general support to HR team members and leaders.
This position will work closely with people across two manufacturing locations and will push you to gain a full understanding of how to support Allegion’s business strategies through people.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HRIS experience (Workday, UKG, Kronos)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience managing dashboards and analyzing data
Knowledge and experience with employment law
