Job Summary

  • Provides oversight and assures performance for Incident Investigation, Learning from Incidents, and Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Leads local implementation and assurance of the OEMS Investigation and Learning Standard and conducts thorough investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root cause(s).
