Job Summary
The Lead Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support all aspects of ADI’s compensation and benefits programs in India, including program development, planning, analyzing, designing, and communicating to employees, while ensuring accurate compliance to local regulations.
Key responsibilities include playing an integral part of the annual Focal/year-end compensation planning process, acting as a trusted advisor to country management and HR Business Partners, and managing all benefit programs in India.
This role requires a results-driven individual with strong analytical, project, and time management skills, comfortable handling highly sensitive, confidential information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of compensation and benefits experience in India
