Job Summary

  • This role offers hands-on exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday), vendor engagement, and the application of emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance recruitment outcomes and user experience.
  • Key Responsibilities include researching and evaluating emerging HR technologies, analyzing trade-offs, and proposing recommendations for adoption.
  • The trainee will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand product capabilities, and support Workday integration and automation initiatives.
