The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
The employee must maintain confidentiality of resident care information and coordinate maintenance activities with nursing services.
