The ideal candidate will hold a current LPN/LVN license and possess strong leadership and communication skills to ensure quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile people within the facility.
