Job Summary

  • Provide proactive, best-practice psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers operating in high-risk branch environments.
  • Play a critical role in protecting wellbeing, intervening early to mitigate harm, and strengthening organisational capability in psychosocial risk management.
  • Partner closely with Branch Managers, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), CSN leaders and other key stakeholders, operating with a high degree of autonomy.
