Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
Supplier relationship management skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Project management capabilities for global initiatives
Nice-to-have
Project Management certification desired
CPSM or CPIM procurement certification preferred
Experience in life sciences or regulated industries
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Fluency in additional languages beneficial
Experience with supplier quality management systems
Key Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years experience OR Bachelor's plus 8 years
Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering degree preferred
Project Management certification desired
CPSM, CPIM, or equivalent procurement certification preferred
Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries preferred
