Job Summary
This role owns GiveDirectly’s Cash + Coaching initiative, a high-priority effort to identify, build, and scale cost-effective coaching elements that enhance the impact of large cash transfers.
You will lead deep collaborations with country Programs teams to design and pilot coaching models, partner with external organizations, and manage vendors from concept through rollout.
The opportunity is to take the strongest elements of graduation programs and reimagine them in a fast-moving, digitally enabled, autonomy-first model with the goal of reaching millions.
