Job Summary

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a team of approximately 10 technician staff with the primary responsibility as calibration and maintenance of the facility’s measurement and control systems.
• The role will work across a peer group of other functional Production Managers to ensure workstream deliverables are achieved as well as work closely with engineers within the Test Facilities Engineering team.
• The role offers real responsibility and influence, with ownership of calibration standards, maintenance schedules and budgets, while working collaboratively across engineering and production leadership to drive continuous improvement, develop people, and contribute to Caterpillar’s long-term mission of building a more sustainable world.
