This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality characters and creatures are integrated while maintaining efficiency and performance for animators and in-engine environments.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Character Art, Animation, and Engineering to improve pipeline efficiency, scalability, and runtime quality.
Over time, this position may grow to mentor and build a small character-focused tech art team within the Avalanche studio.
