Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Physical Therapy Assistant license in Ohio
Associate degree from accredited PTA program
Assist in implementing treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Experience in SNF, LTC, or rehab setting
Compassionate and team-oriented approach
Key Requirements
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio
