The MWR Director is responsible for the overall management of Moral Welfare and Recreation program services and facilities while ensuring successful performance and compliance with Performance Work Statement requirements.
This role requires a candidate with three years of experience in a leadership position within an austere overseas environment managing a multi-national workforce.
The position mandates 24-hour per day, 7-day per week on-call support availability to ensure continuous delivery of recreation, fitness, and community support services.
