  • Your main responsibilities as part of the payroll team are work collaboratively with AtkinsRéalis regional teams to deliver an effective and efficient Payroll service to all managers and employees.
  • The future focussed HR organisation largely possess a strong Onshore Partnering Team and the Centre of Excellence, complimented by a robust Service Delivery Team offering top class services to employees from the HR People Hub, Bangalore.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent in finance/HR/Payroll
  • 2-4 years' experience as a functional analyst
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a computerized payroll environment
  • Significant experience in payroll activities for UK, Middle East or APAC payroll
  • Understanding of Workday/ Oracle /JDE systems
  • Experience of delivering operational delivery
