As a Payroll Associate in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Center, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience.
Your main responsibilities as part of the payroll team are work collaboratively with AtkinsRéalis regional teams to deliver an effective and efficient Payroll service to all managers and employees.
The future focussed HR organisation largely possess a strong Onshore Partnering Team and the Centre of Excellence, complimented by a robust Service Delivery Team offering top class services to employees from the HR People Hub, Bangalore.

Key Requirements
Graduate or equivalent in finance/HR/Payroll
2-4 years' experience as a functional analyst
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a computerized payroll environment
Significant experience in payroll activities for UK, Middle East or APAC payroll
