The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to prevent bedsores, report injuries or missing persons immediately, and ensure personal care needs are met promptly.
