As part of the company's digital strategy, the integrated MineStar family connects machines for real-time guidance, tracking, monitoring, and control of mining fleets.
This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic ownership of DevOps tooling, automation standards, and operational reliability, while mentoring engineers and partnering closely with development, QA, security, and architecture teams.
Lead DevOps strategy and standards: define reference architectures, golden paths, reusable templates, and engineering standards for CI/CD, IaC, and runtime operations.
