Key Requirements
5+ years HR experience
2+ years HRBP or leadership role
Experience in Saneamiento, construction, energy, mining, oil & gas sectors
University degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations or similar
MBA or Master's in HR or similar (desirable)
Specialization/diploma in Talent Management, HR or Labor Relations (valuable)
Project Management or Labor Legislation training (valuable)
