Must-have

  • 7 to 10 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
  • Vendor collaboration and management skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with JIRA or Microsoft Project

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with external vendors
