Job Summary
The Principal IT Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Revenue Cycle training materials for EPIC applications.
This position provides ongoing support to the training team by keeping materials current, communicating new or updated workflows, and conducting train‑the‑trainer sessions to ensure instructional consistency across the department.

Camtasia or similar e-learning authoring tools experience
