  • Builds and maintains relationships as point of contact for assigned key relationships for qualified defined contribution retirement plans utilizing our Record-keeping platform.
  • Provides client support and customer service on day-to-day issues with clients by responding timely and effectively either orally or via written communication.
  • Performs under pressure with minimal direction and meets competing deadlines in a very fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.
